问题
由于9月份blog出现bug导致github lfs带宽被使用完毕，提示是一个月后自动恢复，到了10月的时候没有恢复，导致github lfs无法正常使用
解决方法
到 https://support.github.com/request 可以直接提交工单，很快就会得到答复，如下：

Sorry about that - sometimes LFS gets stuck and doesn't update properly at the start of a new billing period. I have now given our system a nudge to rescan your usage, and LFS is re-enabled for you.
